Read-Only Fields

We have successful installed this on our SharePoint Environment but it makes these columns read-only. Is there a way you can change that? We want to be able to import data into our SharePoint List but are unable to do so because of the Filtered Lookup fields are readonly. Has anyone ran across this issue?

Hi.
In which view you have the filtered lookup read-only? In the EditForm.aspx ?

In my case, we are using the datasheet mode to insert data in list. But the filtered lookup columns returns read only. There's a solution?

I am also looking for a solution to this problem.  I am unable to edit the filtered lookup field in the datasheet view.

In fact this is primarily the reason why we migrated from managed meta data to list lookups; and it almost seems as though these filtered lookups reference the parent data the same way (ie ID;#RefData)

All solutions and work-arounds are welcome.

Thanks in advance.
